1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
The Chair welcomed Committee Members and Members of the public gallery to the meeting. Apologies were received from Angela Burns, there was no subsitute.
2 Inquiry into Child and Adolescent Mental Health - Evidence session 5
The Committee heard evidence from the Minister for Health and Social Servcies. The Minister agreed to provide a note on the following:
The Evaluation of the core data set pilot scheme;
Local Government funding pressures that impact CAMHS in Wales and;
The Committee agreed to write to the Minister on areas not covered and specific issues raised during the meeting.

3.2 Letter from the Minister for Skills and Education - appointment of interim CEO to Qualifications Wales
5 Inquiry into Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services - Consideration of key issues
The Committee considered the key issues and agreed to write a report.
6 Higher Education (Wales) Bill - Consideration of key issues
Members considered the key issues. A draft report would be considered at the first meeting of the autumn term.
7 Financial Education and Inclusion (Wales) Bill - Approach to stage 1
Members considered and agreed the approach to stage 1. A consultation would run over the summer.
